Athletic Performance Training

off season, Pre-season program design

Faster and Stronger athlete

Our training programs focus on athletic development, injury prevention, nutrition, and recovery methods to create a faster and stronger athlete who will operate efficiently. It differs from other trainings in that the athletes are conditioned and prepared properly to compete in their sport of choice, rather than broader general fitness.

OFF SEASON

We Focus on clear training objectives. We Priorities strength development. We Forget about the ball for a little while once pre-season arrives our first objective should be to make up for and build upon all the fitness we lost as a consequence during the season. To achieve that, this means we need to scan all weaknesses and help athletes work on those weak areas flexibility, stability, movement and strength. Now is the time to achieve your body composition goals. it is vital that you pick the off season- the time when matches are as long away as possible- to chase your body composition goals of muscle gaining and cutting body fat. We Target all injury weaknesses first! We perform a basic injury screening assessment with the Functional Movement Screen to tell our athletes where within the body are most at risk of injury and what they need to do to correct this.

PRE SEASON

If you want to compete at your best at your sport you need to commit to preseason training, so that your team’s strength and cardiovascular fitness peaks at the right time. This 6 week training program is a guide to how you should be preparing to be at your best next season.
