Every class at InForma is unique and specially designed. Carefully selected exercises and routines are put together so that all participants feel the energy and see the results. As always, special and personal attention is given to each member making our classes appropriate for all fitness levels any age and any body type!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A class that emphasizes constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. Work cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity!
Increase muscle strength and endurance using a variety of modalities including body weight exercises, Sandbags, kettlebells, body bars, assault bikes and more. Exercises will include both lifting weights for major/minor muscle groups and compound lifting for increasing overall muscle strength, function and flexibility.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
This strength-based class targets all of your major muscle groups. You’ll walk out of the room feeling strong and sore. With fun music and high-energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups. All levels of participants are welcome.
Flow through a power Vinyasa sequence as you work on flexibility, strength, and your breath. Work through traditional postures and learn proper alignment as well as unique new variations. This class is open to all levels.
At our pilates sessions we focus on the postural muscles, that is why we deliver effective results in terms of better posture and a body that is slim, toned and supple. This class is effective to everyone, any age and fitness level. Modifications of the exercises are always given to people with special needs and health issues.
30-MINUTE BOOT CAMP
This 30 minute circuit-style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming out to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat.

Increasing endurance, maximizing efficiency, and raising the metabolism. These classes are a version of interval training that is time focused. Working and resting with repeating rounds, our Tabata classes are incredible workouts that use bodyweight and light resistance to get the results you are looking for.
ROPES & TYRES
One hour of high-intensity interval and cross-training at its best, this class involves the use of battle ropes, tyres and jump ropes! You are using your body to strengthen, lengthen & tone your arms, core, glutes and legs. Each class includes 10 minutes of introduction and warm up followed by 45 minutes of high intensity work and cool down.
Open to all skill levels from beginner/intermediate to advanced. We’ll teach you all the pugilistic skills: the punches, the footwork, offense & defense. This total-body workout blends intense intervals, strength, and endurance training to give you that high-powered workout you can’t get enough of! This class focuses on a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts to improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
TRX suspension training uses straps, gravity, and your body weight to increase your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. The flexibility of TRX allows participants to progress to different levels of intensity and choose options that are right for them. Simply by changing resistance and altering body position, each participant can customize their workout for their own needs and goals, making it a great option for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! It’s also a great option for anyone who wants to add cross-training into their workouts!
